This marketing site is intended to collect demo-form contact information only (court or agency details and work contact information). It does not collect participant data or criminal justice information (CJI).

This test copy of the site does not send form submissions and does not use tracking or analytics.

On the live site, demo requests are sent by email to sierranevada@sierramonitoring.net. Final privacy practices are subject to SNEM confirmation and counsel review.

Terms

Sierra Nevada Electronic Monitoring owns all rights to the SNEM Court Portal. Use is licensed, not transferred.

Portal access for courts is governed by a separate agreement with SNEM. This website does not grant portal access by itself.

These Privacy and Terms pages are draft marketing copy for a test site. Have counsel review before any public launch.
