Connection to SNEM services
SNEM provides court-ordered drug testing and electronic monitoring services, including SCRAM CAM/GPS, Buddi, Talitrix, and VCheck24. Whether monitoring data appears in the Court Portal is subject to SNEM confirmation.
Access and security
Court users sign in with credentials issued by SNEM. SNEM creates or approves court users by hand; nothing is set up automatically from this website. Exact access roles and security controls are confirmed with SNEM before go-live for each court.
